Welcome to Pin It On Me. We’re a small, handmade badge micro‑business based in Australia.

By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the simple terms below. They’re here to keep things clear and fair for everyone.

1. Handmade Products

All badges are made to order. Small variations in colour, placement, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

2. Orders & Payment

Our online shop is still being built. Contact: PinItOnMeAUS@gmail.com to discuss pricing, design options, quotation and ordering.

3. Shipping

We ship through Australia Post. Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s service levels and are outside our control once your parcel has been posted.
If tracking is included, we’ll share those details with you.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

5. Custom Designs & Artwork

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Custom designs created by Pin It On Me remain our intellectual property.
You may use the final product (the badge) freely, but not the underlying artwork for other purposes.

If you need full rights to a design, we’re happy to discuss licensing options.

6. Customer‑Provided Artwork
If you supply your own artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use that artwork or have permission from the rights holder. Pin It On Me will only use your artwork for the purpose of producing your badges and will not reproduce, share, or reuse your designs for any other purpose without your consent. You retain full ownership of your original artwork at all times.

7. Use of Our Website & Content

All images, text, and designs on our website and social media belong to Pin It On Me. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process your order and communicate with you.
Your details are kept secure and are never shared unless required by law.
